This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on femaxis.com are shipped and delivered.The Website is operated by UAB Axis Life, Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to selected countries within the European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).

The list of available delivery countries is:

  • displayed during checkout; and
  • subject to change from time to time.

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship there.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.Orders are processed on business days only, excluding Lithuanian public holidays.

4. Delivery Methods & Carriers

Deliveries are handled by SmartPosti UAB and its logistics partners.

Depending on your location, delivery may be made:

  • to the address provided by you; or
  • to a parcel terminal / pickup point operated by SmartPosti or its partners.

The available delivery method for your order will be shown at checkout.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and selected delivery method and are shown during checkout.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, peak periods, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract.ay be located outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions) as required by GDPR.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and delivery method and are:

  • shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

Any applicable delivery charges must be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Tracking

Where available, shipment tracking information is provided by email once the order has been dispatched.Tracking availability depends on the carrier and delivery method.

8. Risk & Failed Delivery

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Goods are delivered to the address or pickup point provided by you.

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address details;
  • absence of the recipient; or
  • failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s storage period,

the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, additional reshipment or return fees may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or items are missing:

  • take clear photos of the parcel and contents;
  • contact us at info@femaxis.com as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of delivery), including your order number and evidence.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution in accordance with applicable law.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly on femaxis.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2.1. If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.2. Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, this right does not apply to food supplements or similar products once they have been unsealed.

2.3. We can therefore accept returns only if:

  • the product is unopened;
  • the original seal is intact; and
  • the product and packaging are undamaged and resaleable.

2.4. To exercise your withdrawal right, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you received the Goods by emailing info@femaxis.com, clearly stating your decision and including your order number.

3. Return Process

3.1. After contacting us, we will provide return instructions.
3.2. Unless the Goods are defective or incorrect, you are responsible for:

  • arranging the return shipment; and
  • covering the return shipping costs.

3.3. Returned Goods must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.

4. Refunds

4.1. Once returned Goods are received and inspected, we will inform you of approval or rejection.
4.2. If approved, we will refund:

  • the price of the Goods; and
  • standard delivery costs (if applicable), excluding any extra costs for non-standard delivery methods.

4.3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned Goods or proof of return shipment.4.4. We may reduce the refund if the value of the Goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to assess their nature and condition.

5. Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

5.1. If Goods are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied, contact info@femaxis.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) and provide:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

5.2. Where a defect is confirmed, you are entitled to remedies under applicable law, including replacement, price reduction, or refund.Return shipping costs for defective or non-conforming Goods are covered by us.

6. Exceptions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Goods that have been opened or unsealed (unless defective);
  • Goods returned outside the permitted timeframe;

Goods not purchased directly from femaxis.com (third-party seller policies apply).

7. Subscription Orders

This policy applies to each Subscription shipment individually.
You may exercise your withdrawal right (where applicable) for the initial order and manage or cancel your Subscription in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Already processed or dispatched Subscription orders are generally non-refundable unless defective or required by law.
