1. Introduction

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website femaxis.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of goods and/or services offered on the Website.

1.2. The Website is operated by UAB Axis Life, company code 307486974, registered address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania, email info@femaxis.com, phone +370 626 69888 (the “Company”).

1.3. By accessing the Website, placing an order, or subscribing to any recurring deliveries, you (“Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase from us.

2. Definitions

2.1. In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • Agreement – the contract for the sale of goods and/or provision of services concluded between the Company and the Customer via the Website.

  • Goods – food supplements and related products sold on the Website, including pre-, pro- and post-biotics, fibre/gut detox products, shape gummies, and bundles.

  • Subscription – an automatically renewing purchase of Goods according to a chosen frequency (e.g. monthly), as further described in Section 6.

  • Services – any digital or other non-physical services that the Company may provide from time to time (e.g. access to online content, educational materials), if applicable.

  • Website – the online store located at https://femaxis.com.

  • Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Use of the Website

3.1. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Goods or enter into a Subscription. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18.

3.2. You agree not to use the Website in any unlawful way or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with other users.

3.3. All content on the Website (text, images, trademarks, designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Ordering Process and Contract Conclusion

4.1. Product information on the Website is an invitation to make an offer and does not constitute a binding offer.

4.2. To place an order, you must:

  • add Goods to your cart;
  • provide required contact and delivery information;
  • select a payment method;
  • confirm your order.

4.3. By completing the checkout and clicking the button to confirm payment, you submit an offer to purchase the selected Goods under these Terms.

4.4. The Agreement is concluded when you receive an electronic order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, lack of stock).

4.5. Goods purchased via the Website are intended for personal use only and not for resale. We may cancel orders that appear to be made for resale (e.g. unusually large quantities).

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

5.2. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of placing the order and confirmed in the order confirmation.

5.3. We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability in your region):

  • Stripe
  • Revolut

5.4. Payment is processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store your full card details. Any issues related to payment processing may also be governed by the terms of your payment provider.

5.5. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewals

6.1. For certain products, we offer Subscription options (e.g. monthly recurring deliveries). The details (frequency, price per period, first delivery date) are shown at checkout.

6.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term (e.g. every month) and at the then-current price until cancelled.

6.3. By starting a Subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to automatically charge your chosen payment method at each renewal term.

6.4. Price changes. We may adjust Subscription prices in the future. Any change will be communicated in advance by email or via the Website. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel the Subscription before the new price takes effect.

6.5. Cancellation.
Unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise:

  • you can cancel your Subscription at any time, but no later than 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date, via your account (if available) or by contacting info@femaxis.com;

  • cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle; already processed payments and dispatched orders are not refunded, except where you exercise a statutory withdrawal right or we are at fault.

6.6. Any “no cancellation before second charge” or similar restriction is not applied by default unless explicitly stated on the product page at the time of order.

7. Delivery & Shipping

7.1. Shipping Area

We ship orders primarily within the European Union and European Economic Area (EEA) using SmartPosti UAB and its logistics partners.
The list of available delivery countries is displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.

7.2. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered either:

  • to the delivery address provided by you, or
  • to parcel terminals / pickup points (SmartPost terminals or partner points), where available.

The available delivery method for your location will be shown during checkout.

7.3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on destination and selected delivery method and are shown at checkout.

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, peak periods, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract.

7.4. Risk & Responsibility

The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Goods are delivered to the address or pickup point provided by you.
SmartPosti is responsible for the shipment while it is under its control, in accordance with applicable transport laws and SmartPosti’s terms.

7.5. Failed or Uncollected Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel within the storage period at a pickup point:

  • the shipment may be returned to us, and
  • additional delivery or return fees may apply.

7.6. Tracking

Shipment tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.e cystic acne requiring prescription treatment); consult your healthcare provider.

8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

8.1. If you are an EU Consumer, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, for food supplements and other health products, this right may be limited where:

  • the Goods have been opened or the seal broken;
  • the Goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

8.2. Our Return & Refund Policy (see separate document below) forms part of these Terms. In summary, we accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days from delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8.3. In case of defective products or products that do not conform to the Agreement, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under EU and local law. See Return & Refund Policy for details.

9. Personal Data & Cookies

9.1. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are available on the Website and form an integral part of these Terms.

9.2. By using the Website and placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for order fulfillment, customer service, marketing (where legally allowed or with your consent), analytics, and fraud prevention.

10. Medical & Health Disclaimer

10.1. Femaxis products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

10.2. Nothing on the Website, in our communications, or in the packaging should be considered medical advice. Always consult your doctor or healthcare professional before using our products, especially if you:

  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • have a diagnosed medical condition;
  • take prescription medications;
  • have known allergies or intolerances.

10.3. Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific health, performance or body-composition outcomes.

11. Liability

11.1. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these Terms, and is capped at the total price of the order giving rise to the claim.

11.2. We are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages (e.g. lost profit, loss of opportunity);
  • damages resulting from improper use of the products, non-compliance with instructions, or using the products contrary to medical advice.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law (e.g. liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Changes to the Terms

12.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a new “Last updated” date.

12.2. For ongoing Subscriptions, we will notify you of material changes by email or via the Website. Continued use of the Website or failure to cancel your Subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your residence.

13.2. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting info@femaxis.com.

13.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lithuania, unless mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your country of residence.
