7.1. Shipping Area
We ship orders primarily within the European Union and European Economic Area (EEA) using SmartPosti UAB and its logistics partners.
The list of available delivery countries is displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
7.2. Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered either:
- to the delivery address provided by you, or
- to parcel terminals / pickup points (SmartPost terminals or partner points), where available.
The available delivery method for your location will be shown during checkout.
7.3. Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times depend on destination and selected delivery method and are shown at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, peak periods, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract.
7.4. Risk & Responsibility
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Goods are delivered to the address or pickup point provided by you.
SmartPosti is responsible for the shipment while it is under its control, in accordance with applicable transport laws and SmartPosti’s terms.
7.5. Failed or Uncollected Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel within the storage period at a pickup point:
- the shipment may be returned to us, and
- additional delivery or return fees may apply.
